Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Control Reorganization
To achieve greater
efficiencies, as of June 7, 2010, the Division of Alcohol and Tobacco
Control (ATC) will be utilizing four Department of Revenue (DOR) offices
across Missouri. ATC special agents will now operate in DOR field
offices located in Kansas City, St. Louis, Cape Girardeau and
Springfield. There will also be an ATC special agent in the Division of
Alcohol and Tobacco Control central office in Jefferson City to serve
the central Missouri region.
The ATC special agents
in DOR field offices will perform alcohol and tobacco regulatory
functions. The business hours for the field offices will be from 8:00
a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Please contact the local special agent in your region for liquor
licensing information and questions concerning alcohol or tobacco
control laws. You can find the field office serving your region by
visiting the ATC Web site at

the left side of the page.
